Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final

Because our products are temperature- and sterility-sensitive research compounds, all sales at Coastline Labs are final. We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or any reason not specifically described below.

Please review your order carefully — product, dosage, quantity, and shipping address — before placing it. The checkout page asks you to confirm your information for this reason.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

The one exception: if your order arrives physically damaged (broken vial, leaking, compromised packaging) or contains the wrong items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order reference (e.g., CL-XXXXXX)
  • Photos of the damaged item or the incorrect product, including the outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If the damage or error is confirmed, we will replace the affected item at no additional cost or, at our discretion, refund the affected portion of your order. Reports made after the 48-hour window cannot be honored.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility passes to the recipient. We are not liable for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or signed for by anyone at the delivery address. Please use a secure shipping location.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no cost only before payment is received via Venmo. Once payment is received and the order is queued for shipping, it is final and not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Wrong shipping address

Orders are shipped to exactly the address entered at checkout. The confirmation step on the checkout page exists to prevent address errors. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us in good faith is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to pursue collection on any unauthorized chargebacks and to refuse future service.
