Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Coastline Labs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) for suspected fraud, pricing errors, restricted destinations, or violations of these Terms.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. Payment is currently processed via third-party services (Venmo) and is subject to their respective terms. Orders are not considered final until payment is received and verified.

Shipping

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate addresses.

Returns and refunds

Intellectual property

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
