Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Shipping cost
Shipping and handling is included in every product price. There are no separate shipping charges at checkout, regardless of order size.
Order processing
Orders are processed 1–2 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a separate notification when it ships.
Shipping methods and timing
- USPS Priority Mail — typical delivery in 2–4 business days from ship date
- Discreet packaging — no product information or branding visible on the exterior
- Refrigerated products are shipped with appropriate insulated packaging and ice packs as needed
Total time from order placement to delivery is generally 3–7 business days.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package's progress.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We ship to exactly the address entered at checkout. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address are subject to a reshipping fee.
The checkout flow includes a confirmation step asking you to verify your shipping information before placing the order — please use it.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check around the delivery location (porches, mailboxes, neighbors)
- Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark items as delivered prematurely
- If still missing, email us with your order reference within 7 days of the delivery date

Right to refuse shipment
We reserve the right to refuse to ship to any address or location at our sole discretion, including for compliance, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
